This is where the fun begins. We are passionate about good design, so the process starts with an on-site meet & greet where we will go over your wish list, discuss project details, and take measurements. The consultation usually takes about an hour. If you have inspiration photos to showcase your ideas and personal taste, we invite you to share them with us. We love seeing the types of plants, structures, or colors, and types of materials you have in mind.
We then get hard to work drafting preliminary plans so we can provide you with an estimate. You can expect to receive the initial estimate in a few days. Remember, we can always make adjustments to the project scope and materials as needed.
The next step is drafting the initial layout plans and reviewing them together in person. From there, revised plans will be drawn to perfection, and the final price quote will be provided before work begins.

The design fee is roughly 7.5 to 10% of the installation cost. The design fee goes toward the total project cost; It is not an additional fee.

We accept check, cash, wire transfer, and Venmo payments. The payment schedule will be provided when you receive the project schedule, and you will only pay for materials and labor that have already been delivered up to that point.
14. How do you schedule your clients?
Your project deserves our undivided attention. To ensure you get the best results, we only work on one project at a time. This ensures that you receive a superior quality of service and personalized attention that many other landscape companies in Los Angeles are unable to provide.
We are usually booked for 3 to 5 weeks in advance. We will book you on the installation schedule as soon as you approve the final project plans. A precise and detailed work schedule will be given to you at the time.
